Grammy winners 1998, Väsen have now produced 'Gront', a much darker CD. The music is as ever lyrical but this time more brooding and intense, yet still retains the driving rhythms and unforgettable melodies. Subtle percussion by Andre Ferrari and ever more daring and innovative improvisations. They are nominated for a Grammy in 2000.
