This EP features 2 new tracks from the forthcoming 'Polka Raggioso' (previously unreleased studio recording and due out autumn 2005). Harv is centred around the compelling fiddlers Magnus Stinnerbom and Daniel Sanden-Warg, who are also multi instrumentalists. The strength of their sound lies in the intensity of their viola-violin conversations rooted in their tight, energized arrangements. The other members are Christian Svensson on percussion and David Tallroth on guitar and octave mandolin. Magnus is also featured on accordion.
This EP shows the great breadth of their music from the magical lyricism of 'Mor Åse' to their ability to crunch rock grooves as in 'Hålihovve' with great eneregy and then ending with the infectious dance swing of 'Sviten'.
Magnus is also a member of Hedningarna and performs with Sanna Kurki-Suonio.
