I sell CDs on this web-site, as a result of distributing them to shops and stores in the UK. This is my shop. The CDs tend to come from Europe and the countries in the Nordic/Scandinavian Region. The artists tend to be little known in the UK – even in the smallish world/folk music scene; some of them are better know than others. So this is rather specialist stuff. I’ve generally selected them myself – some might have come to me as a result of taking others on. Some of them come in the plastic jewel cases others in the paper and plasitc “digipack” format. Some are shrink wrapped, some are not. They are all new – I do not deal in secondhand goods.

Refunds

I am happy to refund the full amount of your order if you return the good to cube roots in the event of their being damaged or faulty. However, this music is probably somewhat out of most people’s ordinary and so I’m unwilling to accept returns or offer refunds for items you just don’t like. I’ve tried to put sound files on all the CDs on sale so you have an opportunity to get a taste before you buy. However, don’t worry if you ordered something by mistake and are left with a copy of something you don’t want. Give me a call or drop me an email and we’ll sort it out between us.

Replacement of damaged/faulty

If any items I send you are found to be damaged or faulty, please let me know as soon as you can either by email, phone or post. I will replace any damaged/faulty items or you can have a full refund – whichever you would rather have. Please return the item to me to enable me to take it up with either my supplier or the delivery company and to help me to prevent future problems.

Cancellation of Order

All orders are processed by the next working day. If your order is received by me by 14.00 GMT/BST, I will do my best to despatch it that day. So if you would like to canel an order, email or phone me as soon as possible. I will endeavour to meet your wishes.

After you have received your order you have 7 days from the receipt to cancel it. If you want to cancel it then the goods must remain unopened (so if they are in shrinkwrap or a bag or seal, it must still be intact). Just return the goods to me at Order Cancellation, Cube Roots Music Limited, 200 Unthank Road, Norwich, NR2 2AH, and I will see that your purchase is refunded.

Problem Resloution

I will do my best to prevent problems, but they do happen from time to time and so I have to have a way of sorting them out. Possible problems include:

• I am unable to despatch your order due to circumstances beyond my control (for example, power outage, delivery company problems, industrial action, war).
• I have just run out of a title you ordered.
• I delivered the wrong title.

In all of these and other cases where the problem comes to light (if you contact me) you will be contacted and offered the following choices:

• Full refund of your order or
• Partial refund for titles which are unavailable or
• Alternative title(s) or
• The option to await the item(s) arrival with Cube Roots or
• Possibly a mixture of some of the above options or
• I will ask you what you would like to do.

Delivery Costs and Times (how long it takes to arrive approx)

All orders are processed by the next working day or if your order is received by me by 14.00 GMT/BST I will do my best to despatch it the next day.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post (UK) and to the rest of the world by Royal Mail Airmail.

Charges (including vat, where appropriate)

All delivery charges are included in the price. Nothing extra to pay!

A UK order should be delivered in approximately 3 working days from your order.

Western Europe should be delivered in approximately 5 working days from your order.

The rest of the world should be delivered in approximately 7 working days from your order.

Customs and Taxes

If you are ordering from within the EU you will be charged VAT at the existing UK rate (17.5%) – this is included in the price and delivery. If you are outside the EU, you will get the goods net of VAT (i.e. the quoted price does not include VAT). However, your customs may impose taxes. It is my duty to complete customs forms truthfully, and I will always do so. I would advise you to try to find out if your country imposes taxes on imported items from the UK and how much it is before you make your purchase.
